DSS PORTAL

We are excited to announce the launch of the new DSS PORTAL which will allow students/faculty/staff to complete tasks such as register for services, request accommodation forms, and/or complete accommodation reviews. 

Each tab allows a different action:

Registering with DSS -  is for NEW STUDENTS/FACULTY/STAFF REGISTERING with the DSS Office for the first time.  These students/faculty/staff have not completed an intake appointment with DSS staff and need to complete the application.  If you were seen by the DSS office for an intake appointment prior to JUNE 2020, you are already in the DSS PORTAL system and DO NOT need to complete an application. 

Request Accommodation Forms - is for students who are approved or provisionally approved accommodations for the current semester.  Students will follow the instructions to access the DSS PORTAL to complete the request.

Additional Accommodation Request - is for students who are currently approved accommodations who would like to request additional accommodations.  Students will follow the instructions to access the DSS PORTAL to complete the review. 

Instructors - is for faculty members to access the accommodation form to provide confirmation and acknowledgement of receipt.
